Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 3rd Shift Machine Operator-Blender Operator to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Machine Operator-Blender Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 3rd Shift Machine Operator-Blender Operator

Location: Jackson, WI

Pay Rate: $23 + $1.40 shift differential

Shift: 10pm - 6am, Sunday-Thursday

What's the Job?

• Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output.
• Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure high-quality goods are produced by checking for defects or malfunctions.
• Follow safety policies, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or related roles.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
