Our client is a global alternative investment firm with $60 billion in AUM, employing strategies across various industry sectors and asset classes.

Responsibilities

1. Schedule meetings and conference rooms.


2. Handle a high volume of emails and requests.


3. Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements and process expense reports.


4. Book candidate interviews.


5. Perform daily tasks including file organization, researching requested information, archiving, and preparing pre-meeting materials.


6. Assist with other related projects and duties as required.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree required.


2. 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience.


3. Strong verbal and communication skills.


4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary Range : $100,000 - $120,000

Seniority Level : Mid-Senior level
