Join Our Team as an Assembly Line Packer!Position: Assembly Line Packer
Location: Grapevine, TX (CLIMATE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT)
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Shift: MONDAY to FRIDAY 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Are you detail-oriented and ready to make an impact? We’re seeking dedicated Assembly Line Packers to join our clean, climate-controlled environment. Growth opportunities for more pay and training with a potential to learn to be a Lead, Quality Control, and other roles in Grapevine, TX. In this dynamic role, you'll contribute to our commitment to quality as you tackle various tasks in packaging, kitting, assembly, and fulfillment. Responsibilities:

• Master all plant roles (mixing, bagging, forklift operation, container loading, etc.)
• Operate and maintain processing equipment per SOPs.
• Ensure cleanliness throughout operations.
• Conduct Quality Control checks on products.
• Accurately document all tasks (processing, maintenance, cleaning).
• Manage warehousing tasks including receiving, shipping, and organizing.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory policies.
• Collaborate effectively with your team, fostering a positive environment.
• Complete any other duties as assigned with professionalism.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment (forklift, skid steer).
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs. (or 110 lbs. with assistance)
• Strong math and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow directions and complete documentation in English.
• Open to overtime as needed.
