Auditor (remote)

This is a remote position open to any qualified applicant in the United States.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional for the role of Enrollment & Billing Auditor with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and preferably experience in Medicare Enrollment. This work-from-home position requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage enrollment and billing processes contributing to the company's success and societal impact.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing the completed member applications for the pending info and accuracy
Audit the Data entered info into Client systems
A strong understanding of healthcare concepts
Proficiency in computer skills including typing speed and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality of medical information
Knowledge of data entry and transcription

Qualifications

• Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Have experience in Medicare Enrollment which is considered a valuable asset.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Show ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Exhibit attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Display knowledge of regulatory compliance in enrollment and billing.
• Bring a customer-focused approach to resolving enrollment and billing issues.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $17.00 – 18.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
