As an Associate Recruiter, you will be an internal consultant for hiring managers, building long-term business relationships to fill manufacturing roles with qualified talent. Reporting to the Human Resources Plant Manager, you will manage recruitment processes for positions at our Council Bluffs, Iowa facility. You will build staffing strategies to help attract and retain talent, conduct candidate pre-screens according to guidelines and make recommendations to hiring managers.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
