Job Description

The Bilingual Office Coordinator is responsible for managing daily office operations and providing administrative support to ensure the office runs efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication in both [English and Spanish, and the ability to assist employees, clients, and vendors with professionalism and accuracy.
Desired Skills and Experience

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
2+ years of experience in an office coordinator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
