The Role As a Business Development Representative (BDR) , you’ll be on the front lines of our growth, identifying and engaging the most exciting startups and technical leaders in AI and deep tech. You’ll help uncover opportunities, initiate conversations, and build relationships that turn into long-term partnerships. What You’ll Do

• Research and identify AI/ML startups, VCs, and key decision-makers
• Craft thoughtful outreach strategies and messages that stand out
• Initiate conversations with founders, CTOs, and hiring managers
• Set up and support meetings for senior team members
• Help build and maintain our CRM, pipeline, and market insights
• Collaborate on new go-to-market ideas and test outbound strategies
• Stay on top of AI/ML trends, funding rounds, and overall market trends

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, recruiting, or similar (internships count!)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Naturally curious and highly motivated (self-starter energy)
• Comfortable with cold outreach

On Target Earnings (OTE): Year 1: 65-75k Year 2: 75-100k Year 3: 100-150k Top Performers can far exceed the numbers above.
