We strive to treat our staff and customers like family, and with a variety of opportunities for professional growth, San Marcos CDJR is an excellent place to work!ResponsibilitiesReceive all questions and concerns from external and internal customers.Receive, sort and prepare a checklist for all customer materials.Follow Up with all Customers within 24 hours of Vehicle Purchase.Interact with Customers while they are waiting for Finance.Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.Developing and implementing a strong customer experience strategyEnsure Customer satisfaction before leaving the dealershipMaintain Perfect DeliveriesDaily Reports to Sales ManagerMaintain Monthly CFA (Customer First Award)Audit Sales TrainingPerform all Active deliveriesOther duties may be assignedJob Requirements2 Years (or more) of customer service experience requiredGED or equivalentComputer proficiency using MS Office, email, and general internetAbility to deal effectively with customers, staff and managementExcellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skillsQuick learner, able to work in fast paced work environmentThe ability to learn and utilize multiple computer programsStrong work ethic with the ability to work both independently or in a team-driven environmentAbility to meet deadlinesWilling to work SaturdaysValid Driver's LicenseMust be able to pass a background check, driving record and drug test
