Base pay range $90.00/hr - $95.00/hr Role: Change Management Consultant for a high-profile IT Transformation initiative. Overview One of the nation's top retail brands is seeking a dynamic Change Management Consultant to drive organizational change for a large IT transformation program. This role is hybrid in San Francisco and focuses on helping teams adapt to new systems, technologies, and processes while supporting program goals at scale. Engagement details The engagement begins as an initial 6-month W2 contract onsite in San Francisco , with the possibility for extension or conversion to permanent employment. Please Note: This position is onsite and cannot support C2C or sponsor/transfer any visas. Responsibilities Lead the design and rollout of holistic change management plans, including stakeholder communications, tailored training, and ongoing support. Proactively identify potential risks associated with change and formulate effective mitigation strategies. Collaborate with project managers, IT specialists, HR professionals, and business teams to align change activities with overall program objectives. Develop and deliver engaging communication campaigns and training materials for diverse audiences. Monitor adoption, evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, and iterate plans to sustain long-term success. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing change within IT-driven projects or environments. Solid knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci). Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Background overseeing change efforts for major enterprise technology implementations (ERP, CRM, or cloud migration projects).
