Minimum of 3 days / 20 hours per week
Daylight and Evening shifts available
Must be available Fridays and Saturdays

Position Requirements
Must meet stated availability requirements
Must be 16 years of age or older
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace — hustle is a must
Team-oriented, dependable, adaptable, and positive in attitude
Coachable with a strong work ethic
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook fresh chicken and other menu items following Chick-fil-A’s corporate standards and recipes
Operate various kitchen line stations as needed
Ensure food quality, accuracy, and consistency while following FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation standards
Assist leadership with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and prep responsibilities
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Chick-fil-A’s brand, operational procedures, and menu items
Maintain strict adherence to all sanitation, safety, and food handling procedures
Consistently follow all operational policies, procedures, and guidelines
Execute any instructions or tasks assigned by the leadership team and Operator
