Child & Adolescent Therapist

Join the Ellie Mental Health Team! Were seeking a passionate and creative licensed clinicians (LCPC, LCSW-C, LGPC, LMSW) to provide therapy services for children, adolescents, and families in a flexible, supportive outpatient setting.

What Youll Do

• Provide individual and group therapy
• Develop and manage treatment plans and documentation
• Maintain 25-30 (full-time)
• Collaborate with a dynamic, mission-driven team

What You Need

• Masters in a behavioral health field
• Active Maryland clinical license
• Experience working with children, teens, and families
• Comfort with diverse populations and EHR systems

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year for full time depending on years of experience and caseload.
