About the Role
We are seeking a  Civil & Structural Engineer to join our team supporting full EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects in the power sector. This includes work on gas turbines, renewables, battery energy storage systems (BESS), substations, and transmission systems. You will be responsible for executing complete designs for large-scale civil/structural engineering projects, ensuring compliance, constructability, and integration across disciplines.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and analyze structural systems using steel, concrete, and other materials.
  • Plan, design & supervise infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, erosion control, drainage, etc).
  • Review & comment on development proposals, plats, drainage reports, traffic studies, etc.
  • Provide technical support for permitting and floodplain management.
  • Review and verify calculations and designs for code compliance and accuracy.
  • Evaluate vendor drawings and assist in developing technical specifications.
  • Support procurement by preparing scopes, drawings, and specifications.
  • Participate in fieldwork and construction support activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure cohesive project delivery.
What you Bring
  • B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering (Structural coursework required for structural roles).
  • PE license is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, ideally in EPC environments.
  • Proficiency in structural codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI).
  • Skilled in structural analysis software, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, STAAD, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for fieldwork and project support.
Relocation
  • Willing to consider relocation for senior-level Project Engineering roles
