Classified Courier

The Classified Courier will work at a client site in Springfield, VA to provide support to government client transporting classified material within the National Capital Region. They will conduct courier runs of DoD Government Customer records in the National Capital Region in Amentum Fleet Vehicles. The fleet is comprised of a Sport Utility Vehicle and two small box trucks. A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is not required to operate the fleet vehicles.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct courier runs of DoD Government Customer records in the National Capital Region in Amentum Fleet Vehicles
• Provide oversight and monitoring for repairs of three Amentum Fleet Vehicles
• Schedule courier deliveries following instruction from operations and government leads
• Maintain records of courier runs and any and all required security paperwork
• Provide assistance to vault management team with organizing and maintaining inventory of classified records
• When not providing courier support duties the candidate will support the Vault Management Team.
• Manage record keeping of Amentum Fleet Vehicles

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School or equivalent and 2-5 years direct Archive Media experience such as working with the conversion of records from paper to electronic media,
• working in a group environment, working either independently or under minimal supervision, working in a fluid setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Expert knowledge of applicable Microsoft Office Software
• Have the ability to learn and utilize various scanning and CD-ROM programs, and have strong
• organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required
• Must have an Active Top Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
• Clean Driving Record
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is not required
• Experience level may be waived with government client or prime approval.

Work Environment:

This position is performed in a traditional office environment.
