If you are committed to compassionate, relationship-based care, we invite you to apply./ph3CNA Position Qualifications:/h3ulliHigh school diploma or G.E.D. required./liliMust be certified by the state as a nurses aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification./lili3 to 6 months of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide required./liliHospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred./liliMust possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors./liliMust exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization./liliMust have personal transportation, a valid drivers license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle./li/ulh3CNA Benefits Schedule:/h3ullistrongSchedule:/strong Saturday Sunday 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM - 3 weekends per month/liliBe part of a team willing to grow, listen, be heard, and be challenged./liliSet the industry bar for the standard of care./liliAbility to grow into a variety of different roles inside our team and organization./liliCompetitive industry pay./li/ul/div
