You'll lead the team, set the tone for daily service, and ensure every guest leaves happier than they arrived.

What You'll Do:

• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike
• Ensure every drink meets our quality standards consistent, thoughtful, and well-crafted
• Support, train, and lead the team with kindness and accountability
• Take ownership of daily operations scheduling, ordering, opening/closing
• Solve problems quickly and calmly, always putting people first
• Foster a culture of approachability, respect, and shared responsibility

What You Bring:

• A friendly, approachable leadership style
• Mature perspective
• Experience in coffee or hospitality (barista and shift lead experience preferred)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Confidence in managing a team and taking initiative
• A love for coffee, people, and creating memorable experiences
