LHH is proactively looking for a Customer Account Specialist near Reno, Nevada. This position is hybrid, in office two days, remote three. This is a Contract role (Temp).
Responsibilities:
Managing the order through the lifecycle process for all customers
Keeping communications with customers via email and phones
Handling complaints and issues and implementing solutions
Support the field sales to manage customer experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet departmental KPI's
Represent the company by providing technical product expertise and recommending proactive solutions
Qualifications:
Associate's degree preferred
3+ years in customer service preferred
Oracle experience is preferred
Salesforce or CRM is a must
Proficiency in MS Office Suites
Must have good verbal and written communications
Must be organized
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
