Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Full Time in Dallas, TX

Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Dallas, TX is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Larry Sandlin - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
