Dental Office Assistant Location Whittier, CA : We are a family dental office located in Whittier. We are looking for a OUTGOING, FRIENDLY, RELIABLE, SELF-MOTIVATED, SOCIABLE, and HARDWORKING individual who likes a busy and fun working environment. MUST NOT BE SHY! We are working with patients so communication skill is a MUST. Candidate MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON SATURDAYS. JOB is 1-2 DAYS a Week. 1 WEEKDAY (10AM-6PM) & SATURDAY 9AM-5PM (PART-TIME POSITION). This can eventually become a FULL TIME POSITION. Bilingual SPANISH (REQUIRED) ATTENTION TO DETAIL is a MUST. MUST HAVE A SENSE OF URGENCY, Ability to MULTITASK and working efficiently and safely is a MUST. Clinic is a busy environment. No dental assisting experience required. We are open to training the right candidate. Compensation (Pay) is based on your Experience. Setup treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies Take x-rays and impressions, make temporary crowns. Perform dental charting on all patient treatment. Assist the dentist in providing care for our patients. Provide Oral hygiene and post-operative instructions. Sterilize and maintain instruments/equipment/operatory/chairs. Keep treatment rooms clean and well-stocked. Keep the clinic, lunchroom, storefront, restrooms clean. Submit & receive lab cases. Maintain a safe and secure environment for our patients and team. Must be able to work SATURDAY (REQUIRED) Bilingual SPANISH (REQUIRED) Excellent written and verbal communication skills (REQUIRED) Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States (REQUIRED) Basic computer knowledge (REQUIRED) MUST HAVE A SENSE OF URGENCY, Clinic is a busy environment. Multitasking and Working efficiently and safely is a must. ATTENTION TO DETAIL is a MUST.
