About The Role

1. The Director of FP&A will oversee the budget and forecast processes across all channels and departments.

Qualifications

1. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
2. A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in financial planning and analysis is essential.
3. Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills are necessary, including advanced financial modeling capabilities.
4. The candidate should have a proven track record of building and leading successful, high-performing teams.
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills are required to effectively convey financial information to business leaders.
