Commitment to Mosaic Values:

At Mosaic, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone has the chance to contribute and succeed. This commitment is not just a policy, it's the way we work. It's good for the workforce, it's good for Mosaic, and it's the right thing to do.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (HR certification like SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR a plus).
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
  • Expertise across HR disciplines: employee relations, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and compliance.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to connect with teams and leaders across the territory.

Why Mosaic?

✅ A mission-driven culture —your work directly supports meaningful lives and caring communities. ✅ A chance to lead transformation within a collaborative, forward-thinking HR team. ✅ Opportunities for growth and development —both for you and the teams you support. ✅ Competitive compensation & benefits package.
