Overview Director / Senior Director: Agency / Brand Sales at PurpleLab is a high‑impact role to drive revenue growth by building and expanding relationships with advertising agencies that manage pharmaceutical manufacturer clients. This role positions our advertising solutions as a trusted partner to agencies, helping them deliver compliant, data‑driven, and high‑impact campaigns across omnichannel platforms. This role reports to the VP of Agency/Brand Sales. Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by developing and expanding relationships with advertising agencies that represent pharmaceutical manufacturers. Position PurpleLab\'s advertising solutions as a trusted partner to agencies to deliver compliant, data‑driven campaigns across omnichannel platforms. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure campaigns meet regulatory and brand requirements. Operate in a consultative, value‑based selling approach in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments. Qualifications Experience in agency and/or brand sales within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through strategic account development. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment; willing to travel as needed.
