We are seeking a highly experiencedEstate Managerto take full charge of the principals' properties, including the oversight of six residences in Hawaii. This role requires the ability to independently analyze and manage complex situations while adapting to evolving requirements. The Estate Manager will be responsible for all aspects of daily operations, staff management, personal and social activities, and logistics. They will also manage household budgets, service levels, systems, procedures, protocols, maintenance, and capital projects. Discretion in handling confidential information, managing correspondence, and coordinating business and personal affairsincluding travel and local transportationis essential. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing multiple fine homes and a strong front of house presence. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day upkeep of homes, apartment buildings, vehicles, and equipmentmaking sure everything's clean, well-maintained, and running like clockwork. From travel planning and errands to handling special requests, you'll be there to make life easier for the Clientsalways with professionalism and total discretion. Prepares and oversees budgets, tracks expenditures, manages records, negotiates vendor contracts, and ensures service compliance and cost control. Act as the main point of contact between the Clients, staff, and outside contactskeeping communication clear Troubleshoots tech issues; oversees home and office inventories; supports relocations; stays current with tools and practices to improve operations and train staff. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, vendors, and daily operations. Skilled in budgeting, resource planning, and setting clear goals and procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication, with top-notch organizational abilities. Proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), Apple products, and secure communication tools like Proton and Signal. A valid drivers' license, clean driving record, and excellent and safe driving habits. Physically capable of handling the varied demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs, walking and bending frequently, traveling on short notice, and comfortably using office equipment and technology.
