Rock N Block Turf & Hardscapes is a fast-growing hardscape & artificial turf design and installation services company that has grown across the Western United States over the past 9 years. We are a young and fast-growing chapter on the Front Range and this is an opportunity to get in at the ground floor as we expand our operations after two very successful seasons. We are a sales-first organization - we look for ambitious candidates who want to establish themselves in a great sales career and have the opportunity to over-achieve with uncapped commission potential. The leadership team collectively has over 30+ years in residential home services sales, as well as other industries such as tech and solar. Our passion is to recruit and train our people to be the most successful sales team in each city we operate in.
Earning Potential: 100% Commission, highly competitive structure
General Schedule: Monday to Friday. Weekends as needed. Most consultants max out schedules on weekends due to higher probability of sale.

Work Location: On the road across the Denver Metropolitan Area.
About the Role:

Your job will be to run preset, confirmed, and warm sales appointments and close deals with residential homeowners. We offer training to get your skill set up to speed and a highly competitive, 100% commission compensation package. The ideal candidate for this position will create and implement a sales strategy, have outstanding communication skills, be a fast learner, and establish strong relationships and generally just like people at their core.
What You’ll Do:
Meet with potential customers onsite at their personal residence to present the benefits of Xeriscape, Zero-Scape and low-maintenance landscape designs and solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
Demonstrate product and solution expertise and help customers bring their designs to life
Prepare initial design sketches, accurate quotes, and final proposals for customers, and follow up with them to close sales
Collaborate with the production team(s) and subcontractors to ensure a top-tier customer experience before/during/after the installation process
Attend events and industry-specific trade shows to represent the company brand and educate prospects about our products & services
Qualifications
Experience in hardscape and landscape industry experience is NOT required - We train our sales teams.
Highly-organized and ability to follow a proven process for success.
Self-motivated and highly competitive
Extensive knowledge of human psychology in relation to the sales process
Requires follow-up and tracking leads and appointments within the company CRM
Driver's License, working vehicle with insurance
Strong sales closing skills
Basic computer skills
Compensation: this is a 100% commission-based role. We pay 10% commission on the gross project revenues that you sell. For example, if you sell $1M in project revenue annually, that would generate earnings of $100,000 (pre tax). That commission rate can be higher for self-generated leads, as well as other incentives we run from time-to-time.
