**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team at [Restaurant Name]. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a love for Caribbean cuisine and cocktails, and a positive attitude. As a Server, you will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and satisfied with their dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer any questions about the food and drinks menu.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve food and beverages, ensuring correct presentation and proper service techniques.
- Prepare and serve specialty cocktails and drinks from the full bar, following all safety and drink preparation guidelines.
- Ensure that guests' needs are met throughout their dining experience, including refills, clearing plates, and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
- Process payments, including cash, credit, and debit transactions, while maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and keeping the bar area tidy.
- Assist in stocking supplies and organizing the dining area before, during, and after shifts.
- Comply with all food safety, alcohol service, and health regulations.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of the Caribbean cuisine and drinks menu, promoting signature dishes and cocktails.
- Work with other team members to ensure smooth service and maintain a positive team environment.

**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or food service environment (preferred, but not required).
- Knowledge of Caribbean cuisine and culture is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
- Must be able to handle cash and process transactions with accuracy.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player mentality.

**Physical Requirements**:
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to navigate busy restaurant floor and assist guests with ease.
