Job Description

Subaru City of Milwaukee is accepting applications for a Full time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to represent and support our busy team.
This is a full time position. Hours are Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm. Compensation will be discussed at time of interview. Successful candidate will be eligible for benefits program. No experience in automotive administrative is needed. We will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Automotive administrative duties
Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
Knowledge of computers and ability to operate a 10 key adding machine
