About the Role:
Javelin Custom Builders is seeking hard-working, dependable General Laborers to join our growing team! This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who’s ready to work outdoors and on job sites, helping with everything from landscaping and demolition to light carpentry and cleanup. If you're reliable, have a strong work ethic, and are willing to pitch in wherever needed, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with demolition, framing, drywall, painting, and other construction tasks
Perform landscaping work including mowing, trimming, and yard maintenance
Help with job site cleanup and handling heavy materials
Support skilled tradespeople to ensure smooth project execution
Follow safety protocols and help maintain a clean, organized work environment
Operate hand and power tools (training provided if needed)
Take direction well and adapt to a variety of tasks day-to-day
Preferred Experience:
Basic carpentry or landscaping experience (a plus, but not required)
Familiarity with common construction or yard tools
