Job Description:

Ego Tripp Salon, a renowned salon known for its exceptional service and expertise, is currently seeking highly skilled and passionate licensed stylists to join our team. We are looking for talented professionals, including colorists, hair braiders, and locticians, who are committed to taking the beauty industry to new heights of service and expertise.

Job Duties:

- Provide high-quality hair services to clients, including but not limited to coloring, cutting, styling, braiding, and loc maintenance.

- Consult with clients to understand their individual hair goals and preferences, offering expert advice and recommendations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the industry to provide innovative and on-trend services.

- Execute hair services with precision and attention to detail, ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.

- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following salon protocols and sanitation guidelines.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

- Collaborate with the salon team to create a cohesive and professional environment.

- Continuously develop and enhance your skills through ongoing education and training opportunities.

Requirements:

- Valid state cosmetology license.

- Proven experience and expertise in the desired area of specialization (coloring, braiding, loctician, etc.).

- Strong technical skills in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and other relevant services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues.

- Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
