Stratacent is seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript, Node.js, Spring Framework, and experience with HashiCorp APIs. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications and services while integrating with the HashiCorp ecosystem. Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using JavaScript and Node.js.
• Backend Development: Work with the Spring Framework to build and optimize backend services and APIs.
• API Integration: Integrate with and utilize HashiCorp APIs (Vault, Consul, Terraform, etc.) for managing secrets, infrastructure, and configuration.
• Code Quality: Ensure the quality of code through unit testing, code reviews, and implementing best practices such as TDD (Test-Driven Development).
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, APIs, and integration with HashiCorp tools.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript with experience in asynchronous programming and working with RESTful APIs.
• Proven experience with Node.js to build scalable and efficient applications.
• Solid understanding of Spring Framework and experience with Spring Boot and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with HashiCorp tools (Vault, Consul, Terraform, etc.) and APIs, with knowledge of their integration into modern applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems , especially Git.
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• 3+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on JavaScript, Node.js, and Spring Framework.
• At least 1 year of experience working with HashiCorp APIs (Vault, Terraform, Consul, etc.) and integrating them into production systems.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices is preferred.
