This role requires a passion for teaching, a commitment to student success, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse school community.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
  • Valid teacher certification appropriate for the specific assignment and grade level as required by federal, state, or local regulations, including the No Child Left Behind Act.
  • Prior experience or formal training in working with “at-risk” students is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in a polite and friendly manner with various constituencies including parents, students, and staff.
