Job Description
Rummel Construction Inc. is seeking a motivated and bilingual Human Resources Admin to join our HR team in a part time, limited-hours capacity. This internship provides hands-on experience in human resources within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and will play an essential role in supporting onboarding, training, and communication with our Spanish-speaking employee-owners.
The HR Admin will work closely with our HR Generalist and full-time HR Administrator, assisting with onboarding sessions, employee communication, and various HR projects and administrative tasks.
