HVAC Technician – Full-Time, On-Site | Plymouth, MA
Pay Range: $26–$33/hour
Benefits: Medical, Dental, PTO

Position Overview:
Seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC units, ductwork, and thermostats

• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections

• Diagnose and repair HVAC issues

• Replace parts and manage inventory

• Ensure compliance with safety standards

• Complete additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Technical training or apprenticeship required

• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred

• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

• Proficient with HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment

• Ability to read manuals and follow instructions

Physical Requirements:

• Able to work in extreme temperatures

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable with prolonged standing, kneeling, crawling, and ladder use
