Outpatient only role across 14 vibrant, full-service locations
Serve a diverse community of over 128,000 patients annually
Work in a true medical home model with integrated, on-site services:
Pharmacy, Lab, Imaging (X-ray & Mammography)
Nutrition, Behavioral Health, Dentistry
Primary Care, OB/GYN, Midwifery, Pediatrics
Physical Therapy, Addiction Treatment, HIV/AIDS Care
Teen & Young Adult Services, Breastfeeding Support
Academic involvement available with 9 residency programs

MD or DO
Arizona Medical License (or ability to obtain)
