As a Juvenile Court Consultant, you will provide ongoing guidance and support to juvenile court judges and juvenile probation departments regarding programs, organizational procedures, and operations to ensure compliance with JCJC standards and JCJC endorsed best practices designed to improve juvenile court and juvenile probation services. You will provide technical assistance regarding the implementation of balanced and restorative justice principles and the Juvenile Justice System Enhancement Strategy, in addition to conducting comprehensive evaluations of juvenile probation departments and making recommendations for the improvement of services.
