Preferred Qualifications: Certification in kiln operation or ceramics technology. Experience with automated kiln systems. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Operate and monitor kilns to ensure proper firing of ceramic products. Adjust temperature and humidity settings based on product specifications. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of kiln equipment. Document firing cycles and maintain accurate records of production. Collaborate with production staff to optimize firing schedules and processes. Skills: The required skills for this position include a strong understanding of kiln operation and the ability to monitor and adjust firing conditions effectively.
