About the Role

Were looking for a talented Legal Consultant to orchestrate Darrows Legal Consulting team and build strong relationships with our partners to help bring justice to light. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, who works comfortably under pressure, has a problem-solving mindset, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strong relationships with key channel partners as the primary point of contact.
• Take ownership of complicated litigation issues and follow through to resolution.
• Lead optimization projects, and ensure a successful litigation process.
• Collaborate with the Legal Data team and Litigation Partnership team to determine and maintain successful litigation plans and strategy for assigned cases and clients.
• Communicate and engage with cross-functional peers to ensure client feedback is delivered and incorporated into company products and processes.
• Proactively manage cases and maintain internal CRMs and systems, ensure contract adherence, and promote efficiency.

Requirements

• A licensed lawyer with 3+ years of litigation in a top tier U.S. law firm (experience in class actions (specifically ERISA litigation), mass arbitration, or mass torts is a plus).
• Strong relationship-builder with outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment, and to lead an entire project from beginning to end.
• Top-notch legal expertise and a passion for discussing legal cases.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

• Darrow provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of pay (base salary) for this role is $170,000 - $220,000.

* Please note that if the years of experience are lower than the required qualifications, the salary range may beadjusted accordingly.
