Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – New Graduates Welcome
Location: Glasgow State Nursing Facility – 207 State Avenue, Glasgow, KY
Pay: $28–$30 per hour

What You’ll Do
Provide daily care and medication under the direction of an RN or doctor
Help patients stay safe, comfortable, and healthy
Assist with appointments, activities, and daily tasks
Support residents during treatments and therapy
Communicate clearly with families and care teams
Help train and guide other staff when needed
Keep simple medical equipment in working order
Follow all facility policies and safety procedures
Join in trainings and team meetings
What You’ll Need
Active and unrestricted LPN license in Kentucky
High school diploma or GED
New graduates welcome
Able to meet all facility clearance and training requirements
A kind, helpful attitude and a strong work ethic
