What You’ll Do:

• Support assigned Loan Officer(s) throughout the mortgage loan lifecycle
• Collect, review, and verify borrower documents for completeness and accuracy
• Prepare and submit complete loan packages for underwriting
• Review underwriting conditions and follow up on outstanding items with borrowers
• Schedule and coordinate closings, including communication with all parties
• Order and confirm title, appraisal, and insurance documentation
• Maintain internal systems and notes related to borrower communication and file status
• Provide marketing and administrative support to Loan Officers as needed
• Ensure ongoing compliance with internal policies and lending regulations

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in mortgage lending, processing, or financial services preferred
• Familiarity with loan documentation, LOS platforms, and third-party systems a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general mortgage software
• Exceptional organizational and file management skills
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to fast-paced changes
• Self-starter with a team-first mindset and strong accountability
