\n\nTransForce is seeking a dependable CDL A Delivery Driver to support local operations based in Charlotte, NC. The driver should have previous freight delivery and customer-facing experience.
\n\nThis position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
\n\nCDL A Delivery Driver Details
\n\nSchedule: M-F, 7 AM start, 8-10 hour shifts, 40+ hours per week.
\n\t\nPay: $26/hr
\n\t\nRoute Type: local
\n\t\nFreight / Load Type: Food deliveries to markets and warehouses
\n\t\n\tHandling: Heavy touch (pallet jacks, dolly, lift gate)
\n\t\nCDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:
\n\nLicense: CDL A
\n\t\nExperience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
\n\t\nEquipment Experience: tractor trailer and freight delivery experience
\n\t\nClean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
\n\t\n\tSafely operate 36' tractor trailer on local routes - city driving
\n\t\nTransport food in accordance with DOT and company safety standards to warehouses and storefronts
\n\t\nPerform required handling tasks including loading trucks with pallet jack/dolly
\n\t\nComplete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
\n\t\nMaintain accurate logs and paperwork
\n\t\nCommunicate effectively with dispatch and operations
\n\t\nMeet the physical demands of the role, including the ability to safely lift 50 lbs
