Location: Terrell 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to End of Shift
Some weekends required

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and mechanical experience, including PLC troubleshooting and welding. The ideal candidate will support production operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems (inputs/outputs, sensors, motors, drives, etc.)
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues involving conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulics/pneumatics
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed (MIG/TIG/Stick depending on equipment)
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and PLC logic
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and production support needs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety procedures
• Document maintenance activities and repairs

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Manufacturing or Industrial Maintenance Technician
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar preferred)
• Welding experience (certification a plus, but not required)
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work extended hours and occasional weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Knowledge of VFDs, HMIs, and control panels

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in industrial environments for extended periods
