Position: Office Manager

Hours: 3040 hours/week

????? Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations (patient check-in/out, scheduling, billing)
• Hire, train, and manage front office staff and volunteers
• Maintain organized patient records and efficient office systems
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Educate patients on clinic policies and available holistic healthcare solutions
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements
• Manage office inventory, supply ordering, and vendor relations
• Handle billing, insurance claims, collections, and financial reporting
• Track and report key KPIs (patient volume, revenue targets, A/R aging, staff productivity, satisfaction scores)
