Job Description

Our client, a leading IT solution managed service provider, is looking to hire a Project Manager. This role is fully onsite in Torrance, CA.

*This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with benefits!*

As an Operations Coordinator , you will support various aspects of project management and coordination to ensure project delivery for external clients . This is a great opportunity to contribute to a well-established, expanding company, in designing, building, and maintaining voice, data, and video networks across the nation.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop project plans/ schedules and coordinate with sub-contractors as needed, collaborating with Project Managers and Site Leads on material management, shipping, and permit acquisition
• Review and interpret work orders, statements of work (SOW), proposals, quotes, and estimates, gathering necessary materials from Sales & Estimation teams
• Communicate with customers to confirm project start and end dates , as well as c oordinate schedules with project managers, leads, and technicians to ensure optimal service delivery
• Process change orders and requests for information (RFIs) , allocate manpower and update scheduling accordingly
• Track job financials, monitor budgets, and ensure performance aligns with financial goals

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Prior experience using MS Project & Microsoft Office
• An active driver's license is required for this position!

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience working in Managed Service Provider/ Audio Visual Support
• Experience reviewing project budgets, RFIs, and/or SOWs
