Job Skills / Requirements Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pressure Washer to join our team. The Pressure Washer will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining various surfaces, equipment, and facilities using high-pressure washing systems. The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-conscious, and able to deliver quality results with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities: - Operate pressure washing equipment to clean sidewalks, building exteriors, parking lots, windows, and other assigned areas.
- Apply cleaning solutions, degreasers, or detergents as needed.
- Inspect surfaces before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage to property.
- Maintain and perform basic repairs on pressure washing equipment.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment at job sites.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned cleaning projects.
Qualifications: - Previous experience as a pressure washer, cleaner, or similar role preferred.
- Ability to operate and maintain pressure washing equipment safely.
- Knowledge of cleaning solutions and surface care techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license is required.
Work Environment: - Outdoor and indoor settings, often in varying weather conditions.
- May require evening, weekend, or early morning shifts based on project needs.
