The Physician Recruiter  position will oversee the screening, interviewing, and processing of physicians and experts for our panel of specialists. This candidate must be able to think quickly, be strong at email communications and like a challenge!

Responsibilities and Qualifications include, but not limited to:

• Engage with physicians and subject matter experts to establish professional connections.
• Conduct research and proactively identify potential expert witnesses through diverse sourcing channels
• Credentialing Physicians
• Review and evaluate resumes and curricula vitae (CVs) of potential experts.
• Contribute to the expansion of the national panel of experts by adding qualified professionals.
• Demonstrate strong self-motivation and organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills to meet recruitment deadlines.
