Location: On-site in Maitland, FL

Schedule: Eligible for 9/80 flex schedule

Travel: Up to 10% (mileage or rental reimbursed)

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead a variety of high-voltage substation and transmission line projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating engineering, permitting, construction, and closeout activities to keep projects on track, on budget, and in compliance.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage multiple T&D projects through planning, construction, and closeout
• Oversee engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and site coordination
• Track budgets, costs, risks, and project schedules (Primavera P6)
• Work with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to meet deliverables
• Review technical drawings (one-lines, layouts, profiles) and ensure project accuracy
• Report progress and challenges to the Lead Project Manager regularly

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of project management experience in T&D, telecom, or utility construction
• Strong knowledge of substations, transmission lines, or telecom networks
• Experience managing construction-phase projects and contractors
• Skilled in Primavera P6, cost control, and risk/change management
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• PMP certification is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Mgmt, or related field
• Valid driver’s license (must meet company driving standards)
