Position Objective: Accurately and efficiently prepare and maintain receiving/general stores products and documentation.Position Function:· Accurately prepare and maintain all paperwork for shipping, receiving and storage of product.· Accurately and efficiently maintain all systems and files pertaining to shipping, receiving and storage of product. This includes transfers product between offsite warehouse locations in the company computer system.· Process shipping orders/ prepare product (cover, wrap, skid) as needed.· Load trucks with product (semis, box trucks, trailers).· Prepare all necessary reports as needed by company personnel.· Prepare components and products for production departments as needed.· Maintain certification on material handling equipment (MHE).· Perform various tasks as assigned by Department Manager or senior management.Position Expectations:· Attention to detail for accurate documentation and timely reporting of all information.· Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.· Ability to switch gears and respond to quickly changing order priorities.· Maintain professional relationship with customers, both internal and external.· Assist truckers and freight services loading and unloading and with paperwork.Qualifications: · High School Diploma or equivalent required.· Must have Valid Driver’s License.· Experience in a shipping and receiving clerical role a plus.· Advanced level knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.· Above average communication and organizations skills.#PM25
