As a Sales Executive on our Action Line team, you'll engage with qualified guest at our Sales Center, presenting the benefits of HGV ownership in a professional and compelling way. Your role is to build rapport, understand each guest's vacation needs, and deliver tailored solutions that create happy owners. Schedule Details:

Our Sales Center operates 5 days a week (Sunday-Thursday), days of operation are subject to change. Shifts start between 7:00am-7:45am. Paid training is provided for your first 2 weeks.

As a Sales Executive Action Line, you would be responsible for:

  • Engage with potential owners and present luxury Hilton Grand Vacation products, providing them an avenue to build future vacation memories.
  • Promote a positive team environment and implement HGV's core values and policies.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer happiness.
  • Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise.
  • Attend sales trainings and meetings for key updates on our company products.
  • Generate referral leads with each new customer.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to acquire an active Hawaii Real Estate License.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with proven track record of closing sales.
  • Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).

It would be advantageous to have previous experience in the sale or marketing of similar luxury goods or services, or previous experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products.
