Job Description

Join our innovative team as a Salesforce Administrator , where you will be at the forefront of supporting our client's modernization initiatives. This is a f ull-time position located onsite in Newark, DE. We are looking for a committed professional who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about maximizing the potential of Salesforce to drive business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Provide in-depth declarative and platform configuration support to facilitate the modernization platform implemented by our vendor

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions

  • Manage and customize Salesforce applications to align with evolving business needs and improve operational efficiency

  • Conduct regular system audits and prepare for upgrades to ensure system integrity and performance

  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to enhance user experience and provide actionable insights

  • Offer technical support and training to Salesforce users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the platform effectively

  • Ensure data integrity through regular data management tasks, including imports, exports, and cleaning processes

  • Implement and maintain automation tools such as workflows, process builders, and flows to optimize business processes

  • Work closely with various business units to understand their needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions

What You'll Need

  • 3-6 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role

  • Proven expertise in Salesforce declarative tools and platform configuration

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required

  • Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certifications

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.

The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $124,000 annually (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
