As a Security Professional - Armed Patrols in Fremont, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries such as Tech, Media, Telecom, and more. Your role involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to deter incidents and provide reassurance. This position requires carrying approved equipment and maintaining compliance with all permits. You will interact professionally with staff and visitors, delivering excellent customer service and communication. Position Details: Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $28.70 / Hour Schedule: Thursdays 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Fridays 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Responsibilities Provide customer service by following security procedures and policies, responding to emergencies. Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of indoor and outdoor areas. Help deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity. Document and report incidents and activities per site protocols. Collaborate with law enforcement and site personnel as needed. Remain alert and adapt patrols based on environment changes. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of experience in security, law enforcement, or military in an armed capacity. Valid California Armed Security Professional License (CA: Armed SP Lic). California Weapons Permit with 9mm endorsement. Proficiency with sidearm, baton, handcuffs, pepper spray. Complete Firearms Annual Inspection, Acknowledgement, and Requalification (post-hire). Be at least 21 years old. High school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience. Background check and drug screening required. Participation in industry-specific security training.
