Position Details: This is a hybrid position located in San Jose, CA. Requirement is 3 days onsite/in-office per week.

Meet the Team

In the Data Center Business Unit, we focus on developing innovative Ethernet Switching products for modern network infrastructures, including AI, cloud computing, and enterprise environments.

Your Impact

You will learn core Ethernet Technologies, work on the infrastructure of Nexus switches, and participate in all phases of software development from innovation to product delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a software test engineer in networking
  • Experience in test execution, reporting, and evaluation of networking software
  • Experience testing L2/L3/Vxlan protocols and their system interoperation
  • Experience in test automation using Python scripting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • Team player with initiative, able to work independently
  • Exposure to Data Center technologies with AI/ML infrastructure
  • Interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments
  • CCNA or CCNP certification

Salary ranges are projected for U.S. and Canada, excluding benefits and bonuses. Compensation depends on location, experience, skills, and certifications.
