Social Science/Humanities Research Associate III - SSW - Office of the Associate Dean for Research This position at The University of Texas at Austin supports the Reach Out and Connect (ROC) Project, a PCORI-funded study aimed at preventing suicide among LGBTQ+ young adults referred from primary care clinics. Responsibilities Assist in developing research presentations, reports, and manuscripts. Support data management and project tracking under supervision. Coordinate data collection activities, including screenings and assessments. Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities and support training at clinic sites across Texas. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 4 years of experience or a Master's degree with at least 2 years of experience. Experience with virtual communication tools like Zoom. Willingness to travel within Texas. Preferred: Experience with LGBTQ+ health, crisis support, survey software like REDCap, and Microsoft Office Suite. Details Full-time, exempt, 40 hours/week. Location: UT Main Campus, Austin, TX. Salary: $40,000 - $45,000, depending on qualifications. Additional Information This is a grant-funded position, contingent upon funding and performance. Occasional travel required.
